MAK’s style is a reinterpretation of the architecture of the golden age of Acapulco in the 30’s, when it emerged as one of the most affluent and famous international beach destinations. In this style, open spaces with ventilation, terraces, lattices and the use of materials from the region predominate.

In times when we have become accustomed to living shut-in and isolated from the outside, this design breaks with this paradigm, adapting to the new way of living as if at a beach destination, especially like Tulum, where nature and environment are integrated in a sustainable and complementary way with its architecture.
