This Holistica Tulum home features 4 bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen plus the bonus of 2 separate studios. The studios may be rented for additional income or are perfect for extended family. As the name implies, Holistica is a retreat for the body and mind. Daily yoga, exercise and wellness classes are onsite. Also onsite are a casual restaurant and a full service one. The enormous community pool is perfect for laps or relaxation. Holistica is on the south end of downtown Tulum. Within walking distance are a two new restaurants and shops.The house has the following water filters; inverse osmosis, Carbon and Ultra violet.

An amazing system for grey water called ELEMENTAL. (It's an American brand, they are in plaza andador.) You don't need to empty it, and has zero smells. It's 100% eco.

All the illumination of the house is inside the walls and ceilings. All ceilings are concrete. Tzlam doors and locks in all doors. Storage closets in all rooms, above the closets. Each of them with lock.

The house has a cleaning room with washing machine and dryer.

The two lofts are completely independent units with an American kitchen, complete toilette, AC and fan. They each have their own independent light meter.

The pool is made of Chukum and has its own cleaning system.
