Fosil Tulum is artistic development of only 8 unique Units. We believe that boutique style can't be repeated so we designed every Unit different. As much we care about the look inside we also want that this quality reflect to the outside and landscaping and green areas in garden and terraces have for us the same attention and value.

Payment Plan: 30% Down, 50% Construction, 20% Delivery

All units are including AC (Minisplit), Fan, a kitchen with carpentry, electric stove and sink. There is also the bathrooms fully included in the price. Every Unit comes also with a furniture package*. If there is build-in closets we are include the carpentry as well.

The Units are coming with a spotlight, decoration lamps are not included. If there is a build-in sofa in the unit the textiles for the sitting are included.

The pools are dipping pools, a heating option, extension or a jacuzzi option are available. We include a rich and lush green landscaping, a wooden deck or pergolas for the terraces and rooftop are available.
